@khawkins, I think they mean pelvic ultrasound through the vagina but this is not what I had

@akeraallen3, What do you mean by probe? The thing that they place on your belly to view the baby?

U may be bleeding from the ultrasound at this stage i kno they had to use the probe to check the baby

@amysbabies, I got an ultrasound today and that’s when we got to see the babies heart beat I haven’t heard it yet, everything seemed normal at my appointment also because I just got a ultrasound and have one scheduled for the 23rd I don’t think that’s good for baby either

Are you further than 6 weeks? If not, you can’t detect the heart beat at home that early (might be your own heartbeat you heard?)- I’m asking because the further along the more they can do for you. Hang in there. Spotting can be normal, but it’s good to get seen. I had low progesterone with my last early on and I needed to take progesterone suppositories. I’m thankful I found out. Again, take care and I hope the spotting stops. ❤️ I think it’s something that can wait until tomorrow unless it turns to bleeding, but then get in first thing with your doctor. Going to the ER won’t hurt though, especially if it might put you at ease- just be warned the ER docs are a bit more on the cold side than you’re regular practitioner—- somewhat goes with the job.
