Atlas goes to bed at 8:30 sharp every night. We have dinner between 5:30-6, play or watch tv until 7:30 then it’s bath, brush teeth and read books until 8:30 hits and he’s getting in his crib no matter what. I’ve learned he needs a routine to stay in a good mood and it’s critical to stick to it even when he stays at his grandparents over the weekend because he broke routine for 2 weeks while sick and was a total nightmare.
