I get to see a doctor soon. The only time I ever have insurance is when I’m pregnant except now. I’m gonna call and set up an appointment tomorrow. The thing is, I have so many issues idk what to ask for. Just a check up? I have back pain badly but I don’t wanna seem like I’m looking for meds. I honestly don’t want pain meds, maybe a cream? I have bad anxiety and possibly add. I can’t just load that all on at once. What do?

Maybe just be honest and tell them its hard for you to get in but you're having some issues you'd like to discuss and ask if they have like A cream for your back rather than meds If that's what you want

Make a list and prioritize what you need assessed now vs what can wait but anxiety, add, and back pain isn’t too much at one appointment

@kellynicole, okay, thank you. I’m just not used to these kind of things so I’m not sure how to balance. I think maybe my anxiety is top of the list so I’ll bring that up first.
