If contractions are every 10-20 minutes but last only about 40 seconds should I go in or wait?

Call labor and delivery. They'll tell you how far apart they should be before you go in.

Any more than 5 in 1 hr you should be seen since you’re still in the premature stage

@iwannaplay I been getting them since I got my injection about 9am this morning but they felt like period cramps but now it hurting my hip but still feels like period cramping they come and go
