I've switched my daughter from breast milk to formula and she's three weeks old. And now she's constipated, what are some natural ways to help her out?

Did you switch her slowly? If not that probably caused it. If you did switch her slowly I would look into trying a different formula and easing her onto that. Since she’s only 3 weeks I would ask her pediatrician on ways to help her because there’s not much she can take at that age.

What formula are you using? Enfamil constipated my son at that age & Gerber was a miracle because it has probiotics in it. If she keeps getting constipated switch brands.

@leah.leah. I'm using Enfamil. That might be the issue. I also bought similac. I'm gonna try that next and if not then I'll try gerber.

@buggz0202 I've heard great things about similac :) I hope it works for her! my son had a painfully bloated tummy that first month of life and once we found a formula that worked he was so happy and never even needed gripe water or anything. Burp her often too!
