You shouldn't at all.

I smoked. I cut way back though only smoked 3 cigarettes a day. Doctor said it was better if I didn’t quit cold turkey. Baby boy was born healthy at 7lbs.

Quit cold turkey the day I found out I was pregnant. The thought of my baby inhaling the smoke made me feel ill.

My dad passed away from cancer because he smoked

the reason? i genuinely don’t know. so sorta curios.

My hubby mom sister has lung cancer because her dad smoked around them

I have high anxiety and agoraphobia. They didn’t want to kick it into full gear.

Ps I don’t smoke around my kids

I was at WIC i had cut from a half to 3 a day maby two to stopping within 2 weeks my wic lady bitched me out for going down so fast
