was anyone scared to have sex for the first time after having their baby? I’m so excited to reconnect with boyfriend, but i had a pretty bad tear during labor and am super nervous about sex hurting. would love to get some feedback from y’all, especially mamas who tore!!
also recommendations for both condos and lube that helped make it a little easier?

Lots of lube, I use just plain Jane lube. Since you did tear pretty bad, you might want to wait the full 6 weeks

@girlmom., i’m 8 weeks pp now, going to the doctor this week for my check up just super nervous and i know that over thinking and worrying can ultimately make it even worse

@triciaa_mariee gotcha! I only waited 4 weeks to have sex but I only had 2 little stitches next to my pee whole.
