@tristansmama2015, okay!!! You should download the app Glow it’s got a lotttt of helpful stuff on there! For basal body temp you wanna take your temp (preferably with a thermometer that reads to the hundredth of a degree rather than tenth but I only have one that reads to the tenth and I bought one I thought was to the hundredth yesterday and it wasn’t so I’m just rolling with it) you take it first thing in the morning around the same time before you’ve moved around too much. There is a spot on the app for you to put your numbers and you wanna do that every day. Before you ovulate your temp will drop which is usually when you wanna get busy bc following that drop is a rise meaning you’re ovulating!!! I hope that made sense!

@samanthaann, my period came a week earlier this month so I hate to track it with a app because it may not be accurate I was thinking of using opks after my wedding

@tristansmama2015, I had no luck finding the one that read to the hundredth in stores but I saw one online! I think I’m just going to stick with the one that reads to the tenth and call it good 🤷🏼‍♀️ depending where you are you may be able to find one in stores!
