Is it normal for my son to gag out of nowhere?

I think he's getting used to being outside of the womb.

No it's not normal. Usually it's a sign of reflux

My daughter did and still does this come to find out she has acid reflux’s

@caysensmommy take him to a pediatrician and explain his symptoms. They will then give him medicine he will take daily. There is no "natural" ways so dont waste time on any of that. Just make an apt and have him seen by the dr. At 5 days old it wouldn't be hard for him to gag and even choke due to reflux.

For my son it’s congestion, if he can’t swallow it he’ll gag it up. My SO it a morning cougher.
