That does not look normal to me but my mucus is white. Doctors ask if I have yellow discharge so I assume it’s not normal or good so call doctor

That looks like normal discharge to me. Mucus plug can come out in pieces but usually it passes in larger quantities. It’ll regenerate as well so try not to worry till you’re closer to D-day :)

It can. Sometimes there’s spotting in it. But it regenerates
