@kristahuff99, 897 calories a day is not enough. Yes you’ll lose weight but you’ll lose muscle, etc. it’s not a healthy way to lose weight even tho it’s quick
Oh LOL but that’s not all I meeting that’s just the main 800 cal I also have apples in between and a nutrition shake that I get from Walmart that’s supposed to be really good for you
