Cute kids... just thought I’d let you know that pink insert in your daughters car seat isn’t safe. Anything that didn’t come with the car seat from the manufacturer shouldn’t be used with it as it hasn’t been tested and puts extra space between baby and the straps which in an accident could be deadly.
@mimixtmn, thank you for your worrisome but I had already showed it to her doctor and it has spots for all the belts it’s 100% safe for her I wouldn’t put my kids in danger and it’s a little rude to tell someone what is or isn’t ok with their kids
@kristahuff99, I’m sorry you take it as rude but if you read your car seats manual it will tell you that anything that does not come with the seat is not safe, it can cause your child to slip out of the harness in a high impact collision. Unfortunately car seat safety is not something doctors are educated on, what your doctor told you is 100% incorrect. I used an insert similar to the one you are with my first until I went to a car seat clinic where they informed me of how dangerous it was. I did not get angry and tell them they were rude I thanked them for educating me on something I was doing that could potentially harm my child.
