I am debating on which house I really want. I have seen both in person. I told my husband I want two living rooms but the more I think bout it the kids have more space to have bigger mess. My husband said we could do with just one living room but I don't know just yet. I have done pros and cons but they are equal. Need some insight from y'all.

The den can be the play room or movie room / guest bedroom

@mrs.letty.luna that's one of my ideas. I want my kids to have plenty of space to play. This will be the first home we are going to buy I just don't want to have regrets about it. Plus I will be decorating everything myself.

@victoria-ashley I'd go with the first. Not Only does it have a living room and den but I believe the bedrooms are larger than the second one as well. It's like a double win.

@mrs.letty.luna the rooms are big. What the kids rooms would be a big and could fit their stuff and more. I didn't think of party's when I was thinking of space thanks for that one. It's a good point.

@shayybear yes the first one has bigger rooms than the second. Plus the first one guest bathroom is bigger than the second that's why I like it.

I like the layout of number two better. It will make it feel bigger because it looks more open and spacey than number one. That’s my personal opinion anyways
