Well hello carpal tunnel how i did not miss you.

Do you have to be diagnosed with that or do you just know you have it?? Sometimes my hands will cramp up and even lock up

I’m having symptoms of it too:( I hate it!

@rebelprincesz24 I just know I have it on how my hands get my doctor diagnosed me or not really diagnosed me but said I had it with my first daughter.

@janery this time I'm actually getting there earlier than I did with both my other girls and right now it's only in my right hand thank God.

@lillynellasmom do your finger tips feel like they go numb and tingly? Wonder if I have this as well

@blessed2018w9 my hands feel like they're cramping up or like really painful to move in like open and close or sometimes they get so stiff like if I have them clothes when I'm sleeping so when I wake up I can barely open them and it feels like they were asleep as well like tingling trying to get blood flow back into them or I just can't close them.

@lillynellasmom that's exactly how mine feel but I thought the stiffness was from sleeping wrong, thank you!

@blessed2018w9 your welcome. I thought the same with my first pregnancy abd waited a while to tell my doctor abd then he told me i had carpal tunnel in my hand and to get the wrist thing is I can get from walmart or cvs and that help me out alot.

Yes, get the wrist braces and wear at nighttime. They help a lot!
