It kinda depends where you go. I've had some that checked credit and did background checks and then there were some that didn't even check now care. Usally the fancy ones do it
@camryns.mommy16 I know what you mean. Usally if you look online they tell you what you need to be approved. I saved time reading that I even called to ask if they didn't say rather or not they do them
Not all places do. I've lived in 2 different apartment complexes and they never checked credit. We just had to prove our income and then they checked to make sure we didn't have any evictions. The apartment complex we live in now you have to make a certain amount to live here.
