Yes I dyed mine throughout both my pregnancies. I have a lot of gray hair so I dye often. Both my kids are perfectly healthy and I had zero pregnancy complications both times. There are worse things you can do while pregnant.

I use box dye. It’s not the best thing to use. And if you ever want salon color it’s hard to remove and or cover up. But it’s cheap.

I personally wouldn't, but some women do make sure your in a well ventilated area and no bleach.
