Got to bed at 5 after tossing and turning from the worst headache I’ve had my whole life and now I’m up with a headache still 😭😢

Went to bed last night with a huge headache... I wake up with the same headache and Tylenol is not doing anything 😢😕😵😒. Anybody knows a good remedies for that?
