You guys I'm freaking out a little. So yesterday my step mom found a lump on my 2 year olds hip/pelvic area. Its about the size of grape maybe slightly bigger I made him an appt but they couldnt see him till monday. It bothers him sometimes. Has anyone else had this happen. Could it be because of the car accident we were in. Should I take him to the er? Like I dont wanna freak out but I dont like it nor see him complain about it

Possibly inguinal hernia. If you press it is it hard or does it go in and bounce back? If he’s not making a huge fuss I would personally wait until Monday (but that’s just me).
Could be a cyst that needs to be drained. Not an emergency, but I would make an appointment for him soon if it’s bothering him.
Lymph nodes sometimes swell when the body is fighting something. It’s not emergent as of now. Monday should be ok.
