I’m so fat,and so I’m motivated on losing weight how do you mommies do it trying to eat healthy and work out and manage a scedule?



I just got the app so I don’t go to the meetings but I am able to track my food and it was $14 a month
I’m doing weight watchers. It helps me eat healthy but I’m still trying to find time for those workouts as I have an 18 month old and he’s so busy I can’t get a workout in. I’ve been doing it for 3 weeks and have lost 10 lbs.
My eating is kind of off but I walk a mile everyday. My son likes to go on walks so that’s the most motivating part. I would say do what you know you can commit yourself to then it will be easy to have a routine.
