You can buy any fresh foods with ebt long as it's not cooked like buffet foods or pizza. Sometimes there's exceptions.

@mommynmotion, we regularly eat the frozen fish from target (their brand). Its delicious and very inexpensive as far as seafood goes. And the salmon is wild caught!

I buy my fish and shrimp from Costco frozen. Their salmon is individually packaged and it’s honestly the best.

@squishymommy1, it’s my favorite! And I always feel like I can get more bang for my buck when I buy my seafood and meats at Costco vs a regular grocery store.

@raqueliiosiis, we buy all our meats/proteins at Costco. We do buy the fresh fish instead of frozen which is still pricey (the target frozen is actually cheaper with the red card discount). But always buy bags and bags of frozen shrimp for pastas, kabobs or whatever. They thaw in no time so easy for quick dinners.

I think you can. But I always rather just get the frozen fish and shrimp, it’s cheaper.
