Ok I understand the importance of taking care of yourself and baby, but this Dr just had me miss half a day of work just to pick up a prescription. They called me and said to come in a 8:30 (when they open) to pick up a prescription. I came in at that time and just now at 12:40 I'm leaving. That's ridiculous. I won't get into the office until at least 1:40 now. They wouldn't let me husband go pick it up, so I had no other option. This is the 3rd time they've done this to me and the lady wants to act like I'm being irrational for getting irritated with them.

@iwannaplay First question I asked when they called. They insisted I come in but told me multiple times it wouldn't be long.

I’d have been bugging every few minutes until someone brought me a piece of paper. Unless they wanted you in for some other reason I don’t see why you have to wait so long

@iwannaplay It happens to me everytime I go in there no matter what it's for. If I have an appointment at 8:30 I don't get seen until 10. I guess it's just how they are there. But it's really frustrating considering I work an hour away from where I live so it's not like I can run right to work after, it takes forever.

I wouldn’t have been putting up with it this long. Seriously you have way more patience than I do to deal with that

@iwannaplay Anytime I give them even the smallest hint of an attitude they start getting nasty with me like m'am other people need to get to work too. Like ok but other people didn't schedule the first appointment of the day and are still made to wait. But yeah they never do anything about it so I've given up.

When I deal with delays like that which with my dr being ‘in demand’ I never give attitude I get sweet as candy and keep checking back then ask to speak with an ma or when that doesn’t work I ask for the patient advocate on duty even if there isn’t one that normally gets the bugs outta asses
