Blow up balloons and stuck them in the persons shirt, the first person to "labor" them out without using hands wins. The have to find a way to push the balloons out

Cotton balls, paper plates, a big bowl, a blind fold and a big spoon. Fill the bowl up with cotton balls, blind fold the person and sit the bowl in their lap, paper plate on their head, use the spoon to move cotton balls to the plate. Person with the most balls win!
