Mammas with newborns... do u wake your baby during the night for a feed or do u let then wake you ??? Fed Lucas last night and put him back to sleep and usually he will wake up between 3 and 4 hours later and iv just woke up and realised it had been 5 and a half hours since he last feed!! He didn't wake up ??? I got worried cause surely this is far too long for baby to go without eating

I don’t wake mine hun he sleeps all night and just wants feeding loads all day lol x

@melanie-spiritmedium @abbyrose I just got so worried cause i know babies waking up for feeding isn't just about the feeding it's about the temperature regulation and stimulation for preventing sids and I woke up like shit Lucas!! Propper freaked me out x

I did at first with harri cos he just didn’t wake up and the midwife told me to but after the first week I thought forget this wen he’s already sleeping through

I've never woke any of mine for a feed, they would always let me know when they're hungry and they did, even if it was 5 or 6 hours later. Honestly don't worry, he's obviously content and not hungry if he's not waking he will soon let you know xx
