So I usually keep little mitts on my sons hands so he doesnt scratch himself but when I take them off I notice his hands are hot and clammy so I been trying to keep them off but he is scratching himself so bad and he hates when I try to file his nails down idk what to do cause I hate seeing little scratches on him but I also want him as comfortable as possible 😭😭😭
