Been in pain since the 27th june i dont know if i could be pregnant or what really like i said in my previous post im due on today but had nothing

I keep getting sharp twindges where i had my c section with grace and all down the right hand side of my tummy

My tummy is bloated looks like im pregnant but tests show im not

Any advice ladies
