Ok... I’ve cleaned and put meds on this already!!! But what could it be... my aunt says maybe a bug bite from not wearing a shirt outside and he just itched it and it became infected!! We go see the dr in the morning he just showed it to me last night....

My son had something like that with his belly button and I looked up some things. One thing I found was that after a bath the belly button doesn’t really get dry so then it becomes raw it ended up getting a little pussy and scabbed I did a couple of days of peroxide and put neosporin on it and it cleared right up. Some cases were a little more serious so it said if that didn’t make it clear up then see a doctor
