My 3 month old keeps accidentally choking herself on her long fingers, and doesn't know how to pull them out her mouth. What do I do to prevent that?

@lexiem3 oh yeah I bought one of those teething mittens to I just forgot about it but they work really well

I usually just take his hand out and give him a toy instead but it could be because she's discovering her tongue also.
