Just some hypnosis meditation which helped more for the most part. Anyways I had a very fast labor. After the doctor came in and ruptured the membrane waters broke than nurse took over so he could have lunch, she turned me on side than all of a sudden I felt the most powerful urge to push, omgggggggggg intense! I told the nurse I have to push she told me no no no!! Don't push no! She got me over on my back and check and immediately said she's coming she was trying to get me to hold off while she pulled the alarm s 5 nurses ran in and the doctor still chewing his food trying to put his jacket an gloves, well in the emergency process of her trying to get help I pushed her out in two pushes! I didn't need the doctor hahaha she was already pushed out on the bed as I layed there helpless! Hahahah. Best pregnancy experience Ever!!!!!
