After showering this morning I slipped and did the splits. I've been ok all day up until now I've got tons of pressure and my back is killing me terribly. . . my back has never hurt like this before! Thinking it's time to go in and be checked 😭

Yes girl!! Go get checked the exact samw thing happen to me that fall in the shower caused me to go into preterm labor luckily theys stopped my contractions
