All week my week old baby was doing good with eating and pooping. Today his dad returned to work after being with us since the day he was born and all of a sudden my son can’t keep his milk down and he’s having explosive diarrhea that it got his clothes dirty. Can they sense when the parent isint there or what could it be

It’s pretty common for digestive problems in infants to not start right away. Usually they begin around 1-2 weeks. I wouldn’t think it has anything to do your husband going back to work
