RANT: So I finally got some pics taken in one outfit for my girls 2nd bday. So I sent the ones I really liked to my parents and my dad is legit throwing a fit because she doesnt have a shirt on. I said she didnt want it, shes 2, and it's super hot who cares. And he goes kids dont tell parents what to do and it doesnt look right. Like seriously shes a baby not like shes 16 with no shirt on!😡

I’m kind of the same way with my daughters I have pics without their shirts on but those are private I wouldn’t share photos of them without their shirts on nor would I allow them not to wear a shirt because they tell me no. I agree kids don’t tell their parents what to do, my kids can’t tell me no to anything.

I’m in the middle! I agree that you are the parent, you tell them what to do. BUT I also understand that toddlers just don’t cooperate sometimes! Especially in the heat.
However, I would keep those pics private. If you just sent them to your parents it’s not a big deal. Your dad is just being a protective dad/grandad. Don’t get upset with him 😊 I’m sure he means well.

@mimixtmn @dazzlingmommy She doesnt run the house but I like to choose my battles. I was just going to have wallets made of my favs and hand them out at her party which is all family. My brothers are quite a bit younger than me and they have tons of pictures of them in their diapers and in the bath but because shes a girl it's not right.

@mamaofzuri Exactly. I don't understand what the problem is. Not like I am posting them all over the internet. Not going to post them because they were meant to be a surprise at her party.

@mckennasmommy, Sharing them with friends and family is perfectly fine! She’s still a baby! At that age it doesn’t matter what gender they are.
It’s the posting them online is what I’m afraid of. There are so many creeps!!
