I have a question about cm. I have very regular 28 day cycles with ovulation on cd14. I'm at cd13 now and am having ovulation cramps and my digital ovulation test says today is peak day. I KNOW I'm about to ovulate. My question is I don't have ewcm. Do you need that to become pregnant? If so is there anything I should do?

@beakymcspence, I don't have it when I check during the day and I read somewhere it doesn't count if your sexually excited (not exact words but I hope you know what I'm trying to say)

@faithhopelove, There’d be no way to know if it’s only when your aroused. That being said some people don’t always get EWCM. If that’s the case use preseed. You need fertile CM so that the sperm can thrive and travel.
