It's annoying but I usually just force a smile and continue doing what I was doing/going to do. Unless someone is undermining my parenting it isn't that big of a deal.

I get livid when my mil tries to have me do certain things differently. She tried to run my daughters 1st birthday party and didn’t even want her to dig into the smash cake like they’re suppose to
