Help!!! Idk what n why she breaking out wit lots of pimples on her face n arms ?????

I could be wrong, but that looks like a heat rash.

Has Pediatrition ever said anything about eczema? Both my kids have a form of eczema where they get little pimple like bumps and it always looks worse after they’ve been sweating.

@ralphina94 nothing, just wait for it to clear up. Make sure you're wiping her face before bed every night rven if it's just with water. And be sure she isn't too hot at night. My oldest son sleeps with his blanket over his head so before I go to bed I make sure to take it off of him, otherwise he wakes up with a bunch of them on his face.

I agree with @jleona, looks like heat rash just make sure she’s not dressing too warm especially for bed it’ll clear up on it’s own.
