@mamaofthree21 yeah I think it's probably that make sure you roll to your side when you get up I always had this in my last pregnancy it feels like it's going to snap something x

I had something similar. I asked my midwife and she said it’s all fine if it goes away 🙇🏼♀️ but if you keep getting pains definitely better to get checked 🙏🏼 xx
