Morning guys 👋 I need advice... I keep waking up around 3/3:30 every night for no reason whatsoever I can be in a really deep sleep and I'll just jolt up.. I don't need the loo, baby and oh asleep... check my phone always around 3am! Only been happening the past week or so.. anyone else had this? AM I NORMAL? 😂😂 💙

I don't believe the myth it's when baby will wake for a feed. If your newborn is only waking once a night at 3am then you will be lucky! 😂 But it is normal. I often woke up between 2-3am every night for no reason.

@sara-lou86 you've got a point there... if that was the case we'd be waking up every hour! Just unusual as it's the same time every night! 🙈
