So he's on aptimal now & you want to change because you've heard bad things? If he's happy, growing and he's having no issues with it I don't see why there'd be any need to change. At the same time if you want to change, it won't harm him. May just take a week for him to adjust a new one is all.

If he's ok on that then I'd keep him on it. I give my little girl cow and gate number 1 but I also breastfeed her. Mixed feeding basically and she gets on fine. I'm a big supporter of cow & gate 😉 x

I've seen people post saying it has started to separate after 20 milk and it doesn't dissolve properly and leave crystal like substance in the bottle x

@sara-lou86 the formulation and packaging has changed

I use aptimal for all of mine, Olivia uses it for her top ups & we've had no problems. If you aren't having an issue with the milk then there is really no point in changing it. There are a lot of products that work for some & not for others plus bottles should be made up & used as needed. Not kept for 20 minutes.

@carlybeanw they have changed the packaging and the formulation and I've just seen loads of posts saying how it's not dissolving and separating x

@carlybeanw I usually make a bottle and leave it to cool to room temp as my boy won't drink it any other way

@vickigoode91 well until you've tried the new one & had a problem with it I don't think you should change yours
