I need HELP!!

My son has this Tiny white dot on the tip of his tongue. It's been hurting him since yesterday. He's been so fussy! Crying out of nowhere. Screaming, acting differently.

He just hasn't been feeling well. I know he's in lot of pain. I gave him Tylenol, put orajel , gave him some Amoxicilin. Nothing is helping. Sometimes when he drinks milk, it starts to burn. His moles are coming out. But this white dot is really getting irritated.

What can I do / what can I put/ what can I give him?
