Ughh. I just bought a house a few months ago and its turned into a huge money pit. I've already thrown 5k into fixing it up and now my WHOLE roof needs to be redone. I'm thankful I have all my baby stuff already but this house has made it impossible to save money for when I go onto maternity leave. Can I just have some good luck please?? 😤😤😤

Did you have an inspection before buying the house?
My mom is my insurance agent actually lol. Unfortunately I do not have my house covered yet. I've only Been here 2 months. Yes very frustrating because I should of gotten coverage already but I was totally not thinking about it. Now im stuck buying more crap
Ohhhhhh noooo sorry to hear that ! Did you get a home warranty ? If so , that will cover things like electrical , plumbing , heating /cooling , etc... Did you try using your home owners insurance for the roof ? Or was it already bad and the inspector didn’t catch it ? Maybe you can go have the company who did your home inspection if they did not include it in the report . Again , sorry you’re going through this but glad you have your baby stuff . We bought an older house and have has so many issues occur too. It can definitely be frustrating.
Ikr its so frustrating! And whats even worse I did have roofers fix a small spot last weekend and I think with them walking all over it made it worse. Its just like one thing right after another
Wow its funny becuase i just watched money pit on netflix but its messed up that things like that happen real life and it sucks.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
