Ok so I have been having a braxton hick for 1hr now (no release of tightness)last time this happened with my first daughter it lasted 2 hours and my waters broke & it started my labor. I am kinda freaking out. The belly has been tight since 7:15pm and it is still rock hard.... could this be me going into labor again ... i am not prepared 😩

@goodjourney, yeah this happened with my first but i was 39w already...and i had lost some of my plug. Now i haven't lost plug yet and im 36.2w... i am hoping this is not it so i am reluctant to believe it but idk i dont think its normal to have my belly this hard for 1 and a half hours..maybe this is just how my body works when going into labor ?😞

@josefa maybe.call it in. I read somewhere that you shouldn't be contracting for a long time.

You had your first early at 39w and they say your second usually comes earlier than your first so you should call
