Last year I had to climb in a semitrailer to relabel parts that a supervisor facked up. 100 degrees outside and NO AIR FLOW! I left to grab shorts and a tank top which is a big no-no, but Idgaf, stole fans from different parts of the plant and went back to it. The supervisor on shift didn't say a word.
As long as your given proper heat care it shouldn't be a problem, but if he's not supplying anything for the heat then he can get in trouble
