Breast feeding mummys.

I feed Liv every 3 hours for at least 20 minutes at a time (although she feeds for much longer I was just told by doctors to make sure she fed for at least 20 mins) I can express a good amount from each boob as well. Thing is although I can hear her swallowing I'm starting to worry that my milk is drying up, my boobs don't tend to feel full again or get engorged. I can't remember if this is normal? Help!!
