i got insomnia really bad to the point i sleep for 30mins at night & 1 2 hours during the day.. I try EVERYTHING to go to sleep nothing will work i need help with this 😢😢😢 any tips , ideas , advice ?
If you like peanut butter make a sandwich, have a banana and warm glass of milk. Use a white noise app to play calming music. Don’t use your phone while in bed, adjust the brightness on it as well
@breyannag, Oh dear LOL! I would say essential oils but boi, not during pregnancy! I dunno! Fresh air? Leaving the window open a little during the night?
It gets better, what worked for me was eating late, no junk good food and having a hot shower. My body was so busy breaking down the food it would put me to sleep LOL!
