Ladies I'm sorry to ask but is it normal to have diarrhoea?
My lower back is super achy and I'm getting minor period like cramps in my lower belly
Uncomfortable and I just wanna cry 😣☹

Do u actually have diarrhoea or just them symptoms, if its just them symptoms.... Go to the hospital there contractions in your back..... I thought I just really needed the toilet and I was 4cm dialated. X

@babypeanut.x the diarrhoea will be your body clearing itself out for labour have you had your bloody show yet .... Xx

That's usually what your body does ready for labour. I was dialating very slowly without know and had it with the cramps x

That's happened to me with all my kids,it's defo your body clearing out before labour hun,I'd make sure u have got everything ready as can come on fast once you cleared out xx
