Bought my son tickets to come visit. Wanted to see friends in Portland while he’s here and leave from there. Cool. No biggey. Got tickets for him to fly into our area for a couple weeks. Then he’d spend his last couple days in Portland with his friend. And then head home. Apparently the kids only discussed this between themselves. I assumed his parents would talk to their parents. Clearly I was wrong. They didn’t. The kid isn’t even going to be home when Zach is visiting. I hope I can change the ticket to leave out of Seattle or Bellingham (best option) because Portland is almost 5 hours away 😑😑😑😑😑

@hakunamatata09, neither of the kids talked to their parents about it. Apparently the friends dad took a new job and they are actually moving to Connecticut. They planned it without talking to any parents apparently.
