Help!! It is currently 11:50 p.m. and this afternoon I went to L&D for what I believe was (some of my mucous plug being lost) they monitored me and everything was fine. Have not dialated at all and had no contractions. I haven't seen any more of it since.....until now😕 I wiped and there is more..... It's gooey like, clear with streaks of blood. My question is....Should I panick lol?? Go back to L&D? Just relax? Omg idk what I'm suppose to do 😖 I am about to be 32 weeks btw😓

Your mucus plug tends to regenerate. Loss of a plug does not always equate to labor. So you may relax. Lol

Yes unless you’re having consistent contractions or bleeding enough to fill a maxi pad in an hour, you should be ok

I lost my mucus plug at 33 weeks and kept losing it until I gave birth at 39 weeks

@kneri83, the closer I got to going into labor the worse it got. The day I was admitted to the hospital they made me leave a urine sample and when I wiped I basically had a handful of it that wouldn’t stop coming out and it was brown and red and they’re like yep you’re in labor sweetheart! I was like.... no shit(as I was having a contraction 😂)
