How do you know it's for sure contractions?? I have a painful coming and going pain at the top of my stomach. Nothing seems to make it go away. No new position, no water, no shower.. it honestly just feels good to be sitting on the toilet pushing.. kinda freaking out

@mommyem_ time it. If they are coming at regular intervals 10 min or less go get checked.

@morelhunter my whole stomach is hard. My boyfriend tried rubbing my stomach and he said it was rock hard. I've been having what I think are Braxton hicks in my lower back, this is a first for it to be on my stomach
