Witch hazel was the only thing that helped me

Tucks pads, preparation h cream, hot water in the shower. You can also in the shower gently try to reinsert it, if that makes sense.

I've been told by other people that they do but by doctors that they don't, so who knows 🤷‍♀️ maybe it depends on the type, whether it's inside or out.

@nomli i mean all of drank lately is water til today i broke down and bought some soda. Fiber i mean i think im getting plenty. These are absolutely horrible but do they sometimes go away on their own? Maybe mine will,i hope 😔

@mrsgreen0824, 😖 I'm sorry. Maybe yours aren't as bad as mine? Mine drove me to the ER, I was in so much pain. They were going to cut it but decided not to since I was flying the next day.

Are you getting enough fiber and drinking enough water? That should help you go easier so they don't get worse.

I was told I have to go to a gastro doctor to get them fixed. The ER will cut them too, but I don't know if you want to pay the bill that'd be. None of the OTC remedies worked for me, and I tried probably every single one. Creams, pads, swabs, anything and everything Google suggested, haha.

@mrsgreen0824, hydrocortisone cream usually will have an applicator with it and is inserted rectally

@mrsgreen0824, witch hazel can be found by hydrogen peroxide and rubbing alcohol it can usually be bought for a dollar at most dollar stores and you use it by putting it on a cloth and then rubbing the area
