I started at 10 months. If I gave her a 4 oz cup it was 3 oz of Formula 1 oz of milk did that for about a week then I would do 2 ounces of formula 2 oz of milk and then again with 1 oz of formula at 3 oz of milk until she was down to just milk. She did just fine.

I switch a week after he turned one when I ran out of formula I’ve always heard don’t switch before a year

@hthomas0308 I think giving her just a little bit for 7 days then a little more for another 7 days helped her body get use to it and we never had any issues and she doesn't today either.

@hthomas0308 my son is formula fed so he told us to do in his fornula. So if he took 6oz it would be 5 oz formula onr ounce whole milk. If they aren't he reccomeds doing it meal tines with their soilds then so 1-2 ounces

I would wait till after a year we did it at 11 and a half months per dr and my son has nothing but problems with dairy no and introducing before 1 year can cause baby’s stomach to bleed because their body can’t break it down properly is what I was told by gastologist (so probably spelled that wrong)
