What helps you product more milk?

Lots of water and fenugreek capsules. Lactation cookies too.

You'll notice less and less coming out of the pump because it's not as good as the baby is and also your milk supply starts to regulate. It will make just enough for your baby.

@rickyrayates93, a friend of mine was really struggling and the lactation cookies turned her into a milk fountain overnight. Sometimes you just need a boost.

@bbhausfeld77, the main active ingredients are fenugreek and brewers yeast together they seem to be a power team.
